Important Notes
- Guest must have to obey and follow traffic rules set by the local authority. Guest can't force the driver to Stop/Park in a no parking zone.
- No vehicle service for Dinner duty in any Hill stations due to Parking issues.
- For Bumla & Madhuri Lake (China border, Arunachal Pradesh) You have to hire Local Vehicle on extra and Direct payment.
- Rooftop Luggage Carrier Is Not Allowed on above 9 seater vehicles In Northeast So You Have To Keep Your Luggage Inside The Vehicle.
- To visit Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram & Nagaland ILP Is mandatory for Indian Tourist.
- Elephant Safari, Jeep Safari, Hotel, River Cruise, Majuli Ferry Transfer, ILP, Amusement & Park Entry Fee Rates are Extra.
- Consumption Of Alcohol & Smoking Is Prohibited Inside The Vehicle.
- A/C Will Not Work In all Hilly Terrain.
- Cabs Hired For Outstation Travels Cannot Be Used For Travels Within City Limits.
- Maximum Duty Hours Will Up To 10 Hours. If Exceed The Hours Then Extra Hours Charge Will Be Applicable.(INR. 300/ hour)
- 5 % GST Will Be Charged Extra on Total.
Cancellation Policy
In The case Of Cancellation Of Travel Services Due To Any Avoidable/Unavoidable Circumstances Northeast Voyagers May Be Notified Of The Same Where We Correspondence. Cancellation Charges Will Be as follows
- 50 Days Prior To Arrival: 0% Of The Total Costings.
- 30 Days Prior To Arrival: 10% Of The Total Costings.
- 20 Days Prior To Arrival: 20% Of The Total Costings.
- 07 Days Prior To Arrival: 50% Of The Total Costings.
- 48 Hours Prior To Arrival: 100% Of The Total Costings.
